Get Tax Documentation Data

Retrieves submitted tax documentation data (W-Form, DAC8 Self-Certification, and DPS) for the specified enterprise account owner. Pass-through to TaxBit GET /v1/account-owners/{id}/tax-documentation-data. Note: This endpoint currently returns hardcoded mock responses for initial client integration.
