Rebuild the unsigned transactions for multiple transaction requests in a single call. A rebuild resets existing signature shares and reconstructs each unsigned transaction from its original intent, which is necessary when a previously built transaction becomes invalid (for example, due to a changed nonce or updated fee estimate). Transaction requests are rebuilt sequentially in creation-date order.
