# Accept Issuer Minting Terms

## Overview

To create issuer mint or burn orders, you must accept the latest <a href="https://www.bitgo.com/legal/bitgo-coin-minting-services-terms/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">BitGo Coin Minting & Redemption Services Terms</a>. If you attempt to create an order before accepting the agreement, you receive a `401 Unauthorized` response.
